Privacy Policy
What this site collects, why, and how to ask us about it.
Last updated: 2026-09-30
This is an unofficial fan site about the Roblox game Lumber Tycoon 2. It is a reference site: you can read everything without an account. This page explains what happens to data when you use it.
Contact. The site owner's contact address will be published here before launch.
What we collect
- Server logs. The site runs on Cloudflare. Like any website, Cloudflare and our server receive your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. We use this only to run the site, keep it secure and fix errors.
- Accounts (optional). If you create an account we store the email address and name you give us, or that Google or GitHub share if you sign in with them, plus a hashed password if you use one. An account lets you use features that need one, such as saving progress or sending corrections. You never need an account to read the site.
- Cookies. We set a session cookie when you sign in, and a small preference cookie for light or dark mode. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies at the moment.
- Messages you send us. Corrections, tickets and emails are kept so we can answer them and improve the page they are about.
What we do not collect
We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising networks or analytics tools on the site today. If that changes, we will update this page and this date before turning them on, and say what they collect.
Other services the site uses
- Roblox. Live player counts and badge statistics are fetched by our server from Roblox's public APIs. This does not send Roblox any information about you.
- Links and embeds. Pages link to the Roblox site, the Fandom wiki and other sites, and may embed videos. Those sites have their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies once you open or play an embed.
Children
The game is popular with young players, so this site is written for a general audience. Accounts are for people aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent and think a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, including deleting your account. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser; the site will still work, but you may be signed out and lose your light/dark choice.
How long we keep things
Server logs are kept by Cloudflare under its own retention rules. Account data is kept until you delete the account. Messages are kept as long as they are useful for improving the site.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will change the date at the top and describe the change here.
