How we verify Lumber Tycoon 2 information
What our status labels mean, where our facts come from and how to tell us we got something wrong.
Updated
Quick answer
The labels
Verified We confirmed it ourselves, in game or through an official Roblox API. The note beside the label says which.
Community reported Compiled from community sources such as the Fandom wiki and player reports. We have not confirmed it ourselves yet.
Unverified Leaks and unconfirmed claims. Treat as a rumour.
Archived The event or feature is over. Kept as a historical record.
Live now Currently running in the game.
Colour is never the only signal: every label has an icon and words.
Version and date
Lumber Tycoon 2 changes without much warning, and players and the wiki refer to server versions such as v2565. Each article records the version it was checked against and when. Whenever Roblox shows a new game update, we aim to re-check the pages that depend on game details.
Where facts come from
- Roblox's public APIs for update times, player counts and badge counts. These are the only numbers we call verified without playing.
- The game itself. We test axes, prices and routes ourselves and keep dated screenshots; anything we have not tested says so.
- The Fandom wiki and other community sources as leads. We read them and write our own text; we do not copy pages, and we always link the source.
- Player reports (Reddit, Discord, YouTube) as leads only. They stay labelled as reported until we can confirm them.
What we will not publish
- Cheat, script or duplication tutorials. We do write about whether an exploit has been patched or whether something can get you banned.
- Leaks presented as facts.
Corrections
If something here is wrong or out of date, tell us the page, what you saw, the server version if you know it and roughly when. We fix mistakes in the open and change the "updated" date only when the content really changed.
